Welcome to the GURU! My name is Dawn Altman, and I have taught ECG and other topics for many years. Sometimes, when preparing a presentation, I am frustrated by the amount of material available on the internet that not accessible due to copyright protection.
I am blessed with a large library of ECGs, collected over the years by many people. I am happy to share these with other teachers out there. After all, our common goal is to improve health care education. At this site, my colleagues and I will provide illustrations, ECGs, art, class outlines, web links, and whatever else will help you teach your classes. We are counting on you to join our Forum, exchange information, and share your expertise with others.
We come from many different settings: medical schools, nursing schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, fire departments, vocational schools, and more. This site will provide a gathering place for us to find each other and share resources.
