The actual source of that image is from the book Bioelectromagnetism - Principles and Applications of Bioelectric and Biomagnetic Fields by Malmivuo and Plonsey, Chapter 6: The Heart.

It is a wonderful book, although it can be hard to read without any physics background.

Thanks, Christopher.  I was hoping someone would know the source.  So, I would caution that, even though it was shared all around the world on FaceBook, it is probably subject to copyright.  Normally, we only publish images that we know to be free of copyright.  Thanks again!
