This ventriculogram is from an 88 year old patient who suffered a massive inferior wall M.I. with 100% occlusion of the RCA, then a few days later, a massive anterior wall M.I. (100% occlusion of proximal LCA). She did not seek medical attention until the second M.I., when she was brought to the Emergency Department in cardiogenic shock. She survived the angioplasty procedure, but died several hours later in the coronary care unit. The ventriculogram shows akinesis of nearly the entire heart.
