This is an image taken from the angiogram of our patient in the teaching series showing a 75-year-old woman who suffered anterior wall M.I. In this frame, a stent has been placed in her left anterior descending artery and blood flow is restored. The circumflex, including the obtuse marginal artery, show partial occlusions and severe coronary artery disease. She received angioplasties and stents for these obstructions. She also ultimately had repairs of lesions in her right coronary artery and posterior descending artery.
