INTERPRETATION
Far-advanced hyperkalemia in a patient with a potassium level of 8.5 mmol/L (normal range = 3.6 - 5.1)
Note the typical "Z-fold" pattern (especially in lead V4).
DDx would be accelerated idioventricular rhythm (AIVR).
