ECG Guru - Instructor Resources - Variable conduction https://www.ecgguru.com/ecg/variable-conduction en Atrial Flutter With Variable Conduction https://www.ecgguru.com/ecg/atrial-flutter-variable-conduction-0 <div class="field field-name-field-ecg field-type-image field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even"><a href="/ecg/atrial-flutter-variable-conduction-0"><img typeof="foaf:Image" src="https://www.ecgguru.com/sites/default/files/MR101.jpg" width="1400" height="1026" alt="" /></a></div></div></div><div class="field field-name-field-ecg-interpretation field-type-text-long field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even"><p>This ECG, showing atrial flutter with variable conduction, has good teaching points for all levels of students. &nbsp;The atrial rate is between 250 and 350 bpm, actually very close to 300 bpm, which is typical of atrial flutter. &nbsp;The flutter waves create a "sawtooth" pattern in most leads, but not all. &nbsp;
